Food should be fun.  Why can’t we do both; live to eat and eat to live! Eating healthy does not mean eating bland or boring food.  Eating healthy means making informed decisions about your meals.  If you want to eat a 1600 kcal burger, go ahead, but you should know how many calories you are eating and what are the consequences, both good and bad.

As your dietitian, I am not the food police.  I’d rather think of myself as a coach or guide who can help you learn how to make the best choices and choose the “healthier” option, no matter where you are.
